germanheit: This is Munich’s big soccer stadium called “Allianz-Arena”. Munich has two big soccer teams, FC Bayern München and TSV 1860 München. Depending on who’s playing a match in the stadium, it changes its colors. When FC Bayern München plays, it’s lit up in red - because the team’s tricot is white-red. When TSV 1860 München plays, it’s lit up in blue - cause blue-white is the team color. And when Germany’s National Team plays, it’s lit up in white. It’s so big and bright and when I went during the World Cup I’m pretty sure it was constantly changing colours. One must see it right before night to appreciate it’s amazingness.
